Processing

Foam EVA granules can be molded by compression molding feed process and injection foaming molding process.

1.Compression Molding Feed Process

Material preheating: 80-100°C/15-20min
Mold pressure: 15-20MPa
Curing time: 5-8min at 160-180°C
Density control: ±0.03g/cm³

2. Injection Foaming Molding Process

Melt flow index: 18-25g/10min (190°C/2.16kg)
Injection pressure: 80-120MPa
Foaming ratio: 1.5-3.0 times
Cell structure: Uniform closed-cell 50-200μm
